Innovation Training and Recruitment aims to support social value and create a more passionate and quality workforce within the early years and education sectors.

After witnessing first-hand the impact of poor-quality agency and training of staff and the impact this has on young children, we felt it was time to create change.

We aim to deliver a sector-led training programme, utilising existing relationships with Outstanding settings to deliver specialist modules, and offer learning walks and other CPD to enhance the delivery.

With an assessment and tutoring team with experience in Outstanding settings in Education, Early Years and Health and Social Care we know how important your regulatory inspections are, we will ensure that your staffing teams know this too, and what it takes to provide a quality service in their sector.
